PROBLEM STATEMENT
To maintain product quality, the client resolved to release software faster by assessing their current QA maturity and optimizing the QA processes.
The client’s team built web-based products with Agile at the helm of software development. The need for standardized guidelines on areas such as user story completion and Definition of Done (DoD) in addition to manual approval/rejection processes and confident release (Go/No-Go) decisions stood in the way of their fast releases.
HOW ZUCI HELPED
Team Zuci’s pilot performance was evaluated against other QA providers, and finally the client chose Zuci as their preferred vendor. As soon as the knowledge transfer and precise analysis were completed, dedicated team of QA engineers on boarded into the client’s infrastructure and processes smoothly.
The client had no established testing practices in place. For that reason, Zuci understood the end-to-end business process of the client and helped in setting up standardized QA process.

HOW ZUCI HELPED
Arun Mohan, Project Manager, Zuci Systems
“The periodic reports on defect leakage, burndown chart, and sprint velocity helped the client track the progress, measure the roductivity and utilization of resources in the project. A major product release was declared a NO GO as the team identified a critical issue during the regression testing. The professional work approach of Zuci’s QA engineers was well appreciated by the client as the team were fully focused on ensuring quality of delivery.”
